FAQ
Does it really provide 120V and 240V at the same time?
Yes. It is designed to provide simultaneous 120VAC ±5% and 240VAC ±5% split-phase output. Actual loads must remain within the applicable port and overall power limits.
What is the maximum output?
At 120V: 3kW continuous and 3.5kW maximum for up to 300 seconds. At 240V: 6kW continuous and 7kW maximum for up to 300 seconds.
Which Tesla vehicles are compatible?
Compatible US-market Model 3, Model Y, Model S and Model X vehicles with suitable NACS/DC charging support. Vehicles made before May 2019 may require an official charging-system upgrade. Cybertruck and Semi are not compatible.
Can it connect to a home's electrical panel?
For household backup use, connection to a distribution panel must be completed or verified by a qualified electrician using a correctly rated interlock or transfer-switch arrangement. The unit must not be connected directly to the utility grid.
Does it charge the Tesla or support grid connection?
No. This is a one-way discharge inverter. It does not charge the vehicle and does not support grid connection.
